If the funds are still not returned, we then travel down alternative legal avenues, seeking to obtain an Order from the Court directing the other party to pay off the debt. In more demanding circumstances, bankruptcy remains as a final option, allowing the State Trustees to take over the other party’s assets, sell off what is necessary and passing on the proceeds to you.
